What to Expect in Late October
Tenerife is known as the "island of eternal spring." Late October is early autumn — warm, sunny and pleasant, with far fewer crowds than summer. It's one of the very best times to visit the Canary Islands.

What should I wear?
Island formal. Think light fabrics, long dresses and linen suits — the ceremony is outdoors on grass and sand, so avoid stiletto heels.
When should I book my flights?
As early as possible. We recommend arriving on October 28 and departing on November 1 so you don't miss any of the weekend.
Do I need a visa?
Tenerife is part of Spain (Schengen). U.S. passport holders do not need a visa for short stays. Ethiopian passport holders should apply for a Schengen visa at least 8 weeks in advance.
Can I bring a guest?
Your invitation lists the number of seats reserved for you. Please confirm the exact names on your RSVP.
Are children welcome?
Yes — the resort is very family friendly and we'd love to have your little ones with us.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please respond by August 29, 2026 so we can finalise numbers with the resort.
